Go in search of the father in Monochrome Mobius

Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten - English Trailer

Announced in November 2021 by the Aquaplus studio to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the utawareru mono franchise, Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten fixes its release date for September 8, 2022. This world release will only be done on Steam. Indeed, the PS4 and PS5 versions are currently only planned for Japan. It will probably be necessary to wait for the arrival of a new publisher in the adventure to benefit from a PlayStation version with us, Shiravune only dealing with the PC platform.

The Japanese RPG takes you to the small province of Ennakamuy, located not far from the great empire of Yamato. You will follow Oshor, a young man living with his mother Torikori as well as his little sister Nekone, and who despite his youth already has a keen sense of good and evil. His little world will however switch the day he randomly meets Shunya. A young young lady, looks innocent, who tells her that her father is still alive. Determined to discover the truth, the two protagonists embarked together in a journey to a country that does not appear on any map, the country of Arva Shulan. Two other characters will join your adventure, Munechika and Mikazuchi. Many tests will await you in this quest to find Oshor's father.

If the game has been developed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Utawareru Mono franchise, you will not find the tactical dimension present in the latter. Instead, Monochrome Mobius offers a turn -based combat system. It remains to be seen if that will be enough to stand out from the Lot as many RPGs are going out this summer.
